Money Transfers

Make sure that the person you are transferring is someone you know and trust.
When you send money to someone you do not know very well, do not forget that there may be a risk of fraud.
We keep the information about your money transfer transactions confidential.
Your money can not be canceled or refunded after you the receiver is paid.
If someone claims to call you from a N Kolay Center and requests you tos hare your personal information, please do not share your information.
Remember, N Kolay will never send you an e-mail or SMS asking for your personal information.

Do not forget to get the post-service receipt voucher.
